Kathryn Swadley is the co-founder of Three Trees Realty and a dedicated real estate professional who is passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals throughout North Texas. Guided by the brokerage's core values of Integrity, Service, and Results, she is committed to providing every client with personalized attention, honest guidance, and an exceptional real estate experience.

Before co-founding Three Trees Realty with her husband, Steve, in 2018, Kathryn enjoyed a successful career in education as both an English teacher and high school principal. Her years as an educator and leader shaped her patient, organized, and people-first approach—qualities that continue to serve her clients throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.

A native Texan who spent much of her childhood in Alaska, Kathryn has a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors and the close-knit communities that make North Texas such a wonderful place to call home. She enjoys gardening, running, caring for animals, and spending time on the family's homestead, as well as making memories with their eight grandchildren and the rest of their growing family.

Kathryn and Steve have built Three Trees Realty into one of the area's respected brokerages and have been recognized as Master Certified Negotiation Expert® (MCNE®) designees—an achievement earned by fewer than one-tenth of one percent of Realtors® nationwide. They have also been honored as Texas Monthly Five Star Realtors®, reflecting their dedication to outstanding client service.
