Steve Swadley is the co-founder of Three Trees Realty and a trusted real estate professional dedicated to serving buyers and sellers throughout North Texas. Since founding the brokerage in 2018 alongside his wife, Kathryn, Steve has built his reputation on the values of Integrity, Service, and Results, helping clients navigate every step of the real estate process with confidence.

Before beginning his real estate career, Steve served more than 30 years as a pastor in North Texas, where he developed a lifelong passion for serving others. Today, he brings that same commitment, honesty, and personalized care to every client relationship, believing that buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction—it's about helping people achieve their goals and build their future.

When he's away from work, Steve enjoys photography, playing keyboard with his church band, caring for the family's North Texas homestead, and cheering on his favorite Dallas sports teams.
