Buyer - Dallas, TX

My husband and I are first time home buyers. The process of finding and buying a home before meeting Kathryn was overwhelming and terrifying. We met with Kathryn and told her the area we liked and our price range and what we wanted in a home. She got us all set up and going very quickly. She worked  around our busy work schedules to make sure we were able to go see as many homes as we could with what free time we had available. When walking into homes she was such an awesome “mamma bear” she would point things out that we would not have noticed. On one particular house that I loved she pulled the latest inspection report for us and it was bad. She saved us the time and money and energy that we could have poured into that house. She was never about rushing us into a decision but making sure we found the right house for us. Boy did we find the PERFECT home. She helped us every step of the way through the closing process. She would take our calls late at night and was always able to answer our many questions. We hope her and her husband our still in the business when we need to sell and buy again. We would not hesitate on sending our best friends to her. What an incredible experience.
